This class is for those who need a gentle, yet comprehensive yoga practice to build strength, retain mobility and focus on improving the quality of the breath – all  with the support of a chair where required (either fully seated throughout the class or with optional standing practice with chair support).  None of the practice involves getting up and down from the floor or kneeling.  An opportunity to join others and practice together, in a small,  friendly group (maximum 12 people) in the beautiful space of  Cliffe Hall, Lewes.  I teach another, private group, on Thursday mornings at Clevedown on the western side of Lewes (bus stop outside the hall) and there are sometimes spaces available.  Please contact me for details of this group.
