Having a chair, either to sit on during seated posture practice or to hold onto when standing, allows you to access yoga practice if you find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.

This class is for those who need a gentle, yet comprehensive yoga practice to build strength, retain mobility and balance,  and to focus on improving the quality of the breath – all  with the support of a chair where required (either fully seated throughout the class or with optional standing practice with chair support).

Either join my online class each Tuesday morning at 11am, or make an appointment for a private online session (via Zoom)  This can be a good introductory route into your yoga practice with the option of possibly joining in with the online class, if appropriate, or continuing on a monthly basis as an individual student.  I shall resume face-to-face teaching when COVID conditions permit.
